Probably better known as the blonde, dolly faced actress who landed the role of Abby Cunningham in the 1980’s TV series Knots Landing and a string of appearances in both Hollywood movies and made for TV, Donna Mills developed a sexy image which gained her the cover girl status of a Playboy bunnygirl.

Along with so many high profile actresses of the 1980’s Donna agreed to her appearance on the cover of Playboy magazine but insisted that the pictorial inside the November 1989 issue of Playboy should be a non-nude photo shoot.

Despite Donna appearing with skimpy clothes covering her sexy shape, the Playboy magazine with her pictorial became a best seller and to this date is a much sought after Playboy back issue which collectors keep as prized possessions.

These days, the Chicago born beauty is still acting but limits her roles in order to devote her time to her range of make up, The Eyes Have It and to being a full time mother.

One of the most celebrated, beautiful women in the world, despite having been born in 1940, Raquel Welch still commands the attention of both young and older men alike.

Raquel succeeded in becoming the bench mark for all beautiful women from the outset when at an early age she entered beauty pageants and began modeling for Neiman Marcus in Dallas, Texas.

Raquel had an ambition to become an actress and, after divorcing her husband, she took her, and her two children off to Hollywood, California, where Welch’s talents as an actress were soon spotted and where her first featured role came in the beach film A Swingin’ Summer, which led to a contract with 20th Century Fox.

Miss Welch‘s sex symbol status of the 1960s and 1970s saw her gaining the attention of Playboy published Hugh Hefner who offered the star of One Million Years B.C. a feature entitled the “Most Desired Woman” of the 1970s. Although Raquel became known as a sex kitten on both the screen and in several publications, including one for Playboy, Welch never appeared nude in a film or posed nude for a magazine.

Since Raquel’s appearance in Playboy magazine, her daughter Tahnee Welch has also followed in her mother’s footsteps appearing on the cover of Playboy magazine November 1995.

 Not one of the prettiest faces to grace the cover of Playboy magazine, and certainly becoming a Playboy bunny girl was somewhat out of character for the 5ft 10 inch tall wrestler who tips the scales at 200lbs but never the less Hugh Hefner spotted yet another winner when he put Joan Laurer on the cover of two issues of Playboy magazine and making the first issue in 2000, which featured a pictorial of her, one of the five best selling issues in the magazine’s history.

Joan, who goes by the name of Chyna when she dons her signature black sex kitten attire and enters the wrestling ring, has also been in 3 movies, Cougar Club, Illegal Aliens and Just Another Romantic Wrestling Comedy.

Modeling for Playboy, Chyna took the path of nudity in her first appearance in the men’s magazine in November 2000. Following her departure from WWF Chyna once again posed nude for Hef’s publication and for her pictorial in the January 2002 at which time she also filmed a Playboy adult documentary entitled, Joanie Laurer Nude: Wrestling Superstar to Warrior Princess.

Although Chyna actually had no addiction to drugs, booze or any other substance, she still became a prime candidate for the reality TV show, ‘Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew’. Some considered Chyna’s addiction to be totally associated with her obsession with fame!

When fellow actress and friend, Anna Nicole Smith died suddenly on February 8^th 2007, Chyna appeared on the Larry King show and looking visible shaken stated, she “knew it was coming” because of the way the media had ridiculed Smith, and she drew parallels between the plight of Anna and herself.
