There’s a story behind every Playboy model’s rise to fame in the glossy pages of Hugh Hefner’s iconic men’s magazine Playboy, and Amy Sue Cooper is no different.

Born in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1983, Amy came to Playboy through an introduction from a college conference talent search that landed her in the pages of Playboy magazine’s Girls of the Big 12 issue in 2002.

Once Amy had gained some modeling status through that particular issue, she continued to grace the pages, and covers, of several Playboy magazines, including winning the title of Cyber Girl of the Year 2005 as well as being the cover girl for Playboy’s Nudes 2005.

But Amy’s interests don’t just lie in the modeling industry. As a celebrity she has in recent years made attempts to introduce her fans to the issues of climate change and the preservation of our planet earth by highlighting the lesser-known companies who research these issues such as like Pacific Ethanol, an alternative energy firm that she endorses in her capacity as a self-described ‘tree hugger’.
But its still Amy’s long dark hair, slim figure and 34,24,34 statistics that draw the most attention to her and her career as a Playboy model.
