Once a bikini babe, always a bikini babe! That seems to be the case with former Playboy model Jenny McCarthy as she hosted the Annual Midsummer Night’s Dream party this weekend in Las Vegas.

At 37, Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Playmate of the year 1994 showed her adoring fans that she still has what it takes to make pulses race and blood pressure rise!

Wearing an white bikini in an Egytian slave style accompanied by a gold snake necklace and sky high heels, Miss McCarthy, who recently split with long time boyfriend, actor, Jim Carrey, adopted a Playboy pose outside the Palms Pool & Bungalows in Las Vegas.

The mother of one, began her career as a Playboy magazine model in 1993, before launching a television and film acting career. In recent years she has written books about parenting, and has become an activist promoting controversial claims that vaccines cause autism and that chelation therapy is effective against autism.

Its been a real amazing rise to Playboy stardom for the 19 year old model who this month made it to the pages of Hugh Hefner’s Playboy magazine as Miss September.

Model Olivia Paige’s ambition to appear as a Playboy model began in August 2009, when she flew to Las Vegas with her mother to audition for Playboy Special Editions. And as luck would have it, while she was there, Olivia was approached by a casting director for a new Playboy TV reality series called Playboy Shootout.

Within a few months, the beautiful blonde found herself  living in a Malibu mansion with 10 other models competing to be a centerfold.

Speaking of her meteorice rise to Playboy’s Miss September, Paige said, “I never thought of doing reality TV. It was just kind of thrown at me, to be one of 10 girls out of thousands who auditioned, I just needed to take the opportunity and see what I could do with it.”

Although, at the end of the reality tv show, Playboy Shootout which aired from April to June of this year, Olivia only finished in second place, Playboy executives obviously recognised her potential and offered her a two-year contract with the company, which Paige says amounts to a typical modeling contract with an agency.

Miss Paige can also be seen on the pages of Playboy’s Natural Beauties 2010.

She may have died in February 2007 but as with so many others of Hugh Hefner’s Playboy models, Anna Nicole Smith’s story is never out of the news for long.

Along with murdered Playboy mode’s such as Dorothy Stratten, suicide victims, Marilyn Monroe and Cheryl Kubert, Smith’s death never ceases to cause world wide interest and this month is no exception as we see her former boyfriend, Howard K Stern appearing in a Los Angeles court to face charges that he assisted Anna in her pill popping death.

The prosecution is attempting to show that Stern, 40, along with two doctors supplied the 39 year old actress, model and mother of two with powerful drugs such as opiate Dilaudid, sedatives and encouraged her to abandon her rehab program. The prosecutor, Renee Rose told the court, “We trust doctors with the most precious thing that we have, and that is our health. When you see all the evidence in this case, you will conclude that that trust was violated.”

With the trial expected to last more than two months will no doubt reveal more lurid details about Smith’s tragic death and indeed many revelations relating to her final years and months before her demise.

The model died just months after giving birth to her second child, a daughter, Dannilyn Hope and following the untimely death of her eldest child, a son, Daniel Wayne Smith who died in September 2007 from what was thought to be an accidental overdose of methadone and escitalopram. It is not known how he came into the possession of either drug.

The September 2010 Playboy issue which this month sees British actress and model Kelly Brook as the cover girl and again on the pages inside Hugh Hefner’s men’s magazine.

In a racy cover that sees Brook wearing a bowler hat, bow tie, cuffs and black lacy underwear, the beautiful 30 year old star of Piranha 3D puts down the umbrella that covers her modesty on the cover and bares all in a nude pictorial and in an interview she admits she was slightly shy of removing all her clothes for the 8 page glamour shoot.

“I was a little self-conscious about the shoot because I look at the other girls in the magazine and they’re just so perfect,” Brook, 30, revealed in the magazine. Brook also speaks of her all natural boobs which she also confesses are no longer in the same position as they were when she was 20years old!

It certainly is a ‘family affair’, taking your clothes off and posing for the cameras. That’s how the two younger sisters of Playboy model Kim Kardashian are following in the sexy brunette’s footsteps as have Khloe and Kourtney who can all be seen in the reality tv show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Following Kim’s meteoric rise to fame reality TV star and as the Playboy cover girl on the December 2007 issue, it’s become a family tradition becoming a model.

And now the two younger daughters of Kris Kardashian and Bruce Jenner, Kylie and Kendall Jenner have taken the plunge. Kendall, 15, made her first photo shoot recently posing in a sexy bikini shoot and has been quickly followed by younger sister, Kylie, 12, who now has a modeling campaign of her own as the face of Sears “Crush Your Style–The Search for America’s Top Style Crush” contest.
