Hugh Hefner may well have surprised, and in some cases disappointed, his readers in the month of November with his choice of cover girl, Marge Simpson, but if rumours are to be believed he could be reprieving himself with his annual celebrity December issue.

Apparently, the American Pie actress, Tara Reid, attended a Playboy shoot recently sparking speculation that she’ll be the celebrity face of December Playboy 2009.

Tara made her trip to Playboy last week despite having had a very bad liposuction procedure five years ago which has since left her suffering with body image issues. “She is really shy about getting the Playboy gig,” said a source. “She’s scared to talk about it because of what people and the press might say. But she’s doing so well, she looks amazing.”

If 33 year old Tara is seen gracing the cover of Playboy December 2009 she will be joining an exclusive club of December cover girls which includes, Raquel Welch, Shannon Doherty, Brooke Shields and Kim Kardashian.

Playboy magazine and it’s business savvy owner Hugh Hefner have certainly made a huge success of it’s Special Editions over the past several years and none more so than its annual Sexy 100 Special Edition.

But this year, what is making the issue even more collectable is the appearance of the stunning brunette, Rachelle Leah, both on the cover and on the glossy pages within!

Now in it’s seventh year on the newsstands, Sexy 100 remains Playboy’s annual salute to some of the most beautiful women on the planet who have captured the attention both inside and outside the world of Playboy, from WWE Divas to reality TV starlets to up-and-coming new faces who’ve appeared in playboy magazine, Special Editions and elsewhere in the Playboy world.

Rachelle was born in August 1984 in San Carlos, California is an American model and television personality of Sicilian ancestry which gives her that sultry smoking look that drives Playboy magazine collector’s insane.

Although Rachelle can no longer be seen as the UFC Octagon Girl, she can be found hosting hosts UFC All Access on Spike TV.

Currently living in Las Vegas and making the most of the summer heat, Rachelle can be seen revealing her heart shaped tattoo on her right hip, if you find yourself in the right place at the right time!

This Coed, Brittany Taylor, may not be right up there with the Carmen Electras, Pamela Andersons and Kim Kardashians of the Playboy modeling world but she sure is hoping to reach that status anytime now.

Since those heady days of Playboy, Kim has settled down somewhat since becoming engaged to boyfriend, Reggise Bush, but we dont suppose her sexy days are over, not by a long shot!
